Materials
- One white candle
- Road Opener oil
- January Full Moon incense
- Road Opener powder
- White parchment paper
- Pen
There are many variations of these formulas; the following are among the most accessible and least complex.
Road Opener Oil
Blend equal parts Honeysuckle, Sandalwood, and Vanilla oils into a carrier oil. Once combined, add a small splash of Gardenia oil to complete the blend. Set aside until ready for use.
Road Opener Powder
Combine finely powdered:
- Sandalwood
- Lemon Balm
- Orange
- Lemon
- Five Finger Grass
- High John the Conqueror
- Patchouli
Mix thoroughly with 2 ounces of corn flour or rice flour until evenly blended.
The Working
Dress the white candle with Road Opener oil, drawing the oil upward to symbolize attraction and forward movement. Light the candle and the incense.
From the base of the candle, lay a fine white line of Road Opener powder extending toward the front door of your home. As you do this, visualize the line becoming a radiant path—clear, illuminated, and unobstructed—leading directly to success, love, financial freedom, and happiness.
On the parchment, write clearly and precisely what you wish the new year to open for you. When you feel the energy aligning and moving with your intention, recite the incantation aloud.
Carefully burn the parchment using the flame of the white candle. Place the ashes into the incense burner, allowing the smoke to carry your desires outward.
Allow the candle to burn for a minimum of one hour, keeping the line of powder intact.
